Qualitas Sertifikasi Indonesia was established on January 27, 2020 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our company is run by young and innovative individuals who have pocketed relevant experience for years. They are experienced in national and international regulations, especially in Forestry, Renewable Energy, Textile, Agriculture, and Management Systems.


Sticking to the principle of the company (Young, Proper Solution, Adaptive, Honest, Professional, Customer Needs), we have a goal to provide accommodative service and proper solution for certification activity in accordance with requirements of our clients.


The service includes complying to national standards, international standards, and voluntary standards.

QSI only earns revenue from certification, verification and validation activities. All revenue comes from invoices to clients, there are no other source of income or cash flows. We are committed to:

The rights and obligations of the applicant and client are generally described as follows:

The applicant and client must comply with all certification program requirements

The applicant and client are prohibited from using certification marks on products that have not been certified

The applicant and client agree to provide unrestricted access to QSI and related parties, in order to maintain the quality of certification services

All the misuse of certificates and certification marks that could harm QSI or certain parties, will be processed based on applicable law in Indonesia

QSI, its Directors, Managers, Staff and others involved in the Certification of Organizations fully understand the importance of impartiality in undertaking its certification activities.


QSI will therefore ensure that in its dealings with clients or potential clients, all employees or other personnel involved in certification activities are, and will remain, impartial.


To ensure that impartiality is both maintained and can be demonstrated, QSI has identified and risk assessed all relationships which may result in a conflict of interest or pose a threat to impartiality.

Confidentiality Policy Statement


QSI agreed that confidential information that is written or unwritten received in conducting audit activities, or during other certification activities, during any dealings with an organization shall be treated as private, and safeguards with all reasonable means without any express permission of the organization or individual concerned. The requirement to keep any confidential information will also include any organization that has a legitimate right to audit by QSI.


In other circumstances, where QSI is required by legal to release confidential information to other parties or individual concerned shall, except controlled by law, be notified precedent of information provided.

Admission to Records


QSI committed to ensure records of information will be retained in secure manner, only accessible to authorized staff with the only permission of Director and Operational Manager. All record will be made available to authorized organization who can demonstrate a legitimate (and legal) right to views those records.

Confidentiality Declarations


QSI will ensure all staff, Directors and Committee Members will need to agree with QSI Confidentiality Policy and sign a confidentiality statement.
